Device Permissions and Sign-In

Speech Recognition
Our Service uses Google's Speech-to-Text API for voice recognition in features such as the detector, corrector, and vocal quiz. This service converts your voice inputs into text. We have chosen not to opt into Google's data logging program, which means that your voice data and the associated transcriptions are not stored or used by Google for any purpose other than providing the speech recognition service.

Subscription Management
We offer in-app subscriptions to access additional features within the Service, allowing us to cover costs associated with external services, like Google's API. Your user ID is utilized to manage these subscriptions and ensure seamless access to premium features across your devices.
This user ID is shared with RevenueCat solely for the purpose of subscription validation and management. For more details on how RevenueCat processes your data, please see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. We commit to not using this ID for any other purposes nor sharing it with any other third parties.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring
Usage Analytics (TelemetryDeck)
We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymized usage analytics about how our app is used. This helps us understand which features are most helpful for Quran memorization and improve your learning experience.
The analytics data collected includes:
- Which app screens and features you use (Mus'haf, Detector, Quiz, Corrector, Binder)
- Feature usage patterns and frequency
- Technical information (device type, operating system version, app version)
- Performance metrics to optimize app functionality
All analytics data is automatically anonymized before transmission and cannot be linked back to individual users. No personally identifiable information is collected through our analytics. Crash Reporting (Sentry)
Our Service uses Sentry for crash reporting and performance monitoring to improve app stability. This service collects technical information such as device model, operating system version, and app performance metrics. This data is anonymized and used solely for debugging purposes and improving app stability. We have configured Sentry with privacy-focused settings that exclude any personal information, location data, or user identification.
